Description and Requirements
职位描述：
1.负责财务成本领域产品建设工作，包括需求调研和分析、方案及原型设计、协调开发、测试等团队完成业务目标推进;
2.了解财务行业动态,完成竞品分析，把控产品建设方向，对产品进行不断优化和迭代;
3.完成团队内日常的安排，积极配合团队完成财务信息化相关项目建设;
4.负责系统日常运营问题支持，不断提升改进运营效率。
职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、财务相关专业优先;
2.具备1-3年及财务产品经理经验，对企业研发、生产、销售成本有基本财务概念，对制造业成本管理方法有一定认知，具备1个以上财务系统0-1建设经验；
3.中英文表达流利，良好的沟通，较强的文档能力，可清晰有逻辑的表达想法和目的;
4.思维灵活,抗压能力强，跨部门沟通及逻辑分析判断能力强;
5.用户思维,善于独立思考，有主人翁精神，工作以结果为导向，善于总结思考自身产出;
6.有互联网类公司工作经验者优先;熟悉大型企业信息化系统架构，有SAP经验者优先。
