Assists in setting up sales plan for the assigned customer group;
Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales account force;
Coordinates with assigned sales and/or service team to ensure the sales/services to assigned customers;
Establishes sales account quotas;
Maintains a key account information system and co-ordinates implementation;
Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
Excellent key account management experience in Pharma Industry;
Bachelor degree and above, prefer Healthcare related major;
Patient/ Customer Focus;
KOL’s management skill, high business integrity;
Quest for Business Acumen, speed and Agility, innovation and creativity;
Inspire high performance team: Integrity and Ethics, Results, Collaboration;
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
