What matters most
To excel as a Project Manager (PM) at RQ Construction, LLC, candidates must possess a BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. While formal education is essential, equivalent work experience in the construction industry will also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy is a must, with specific software skills in Primavera 3/6, Oracle, BIM, and Revit being preferred.
Candidates should have at least four years of construction industry experience, including a minimum of one year as a Project Engineer. CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications are required, with the opportunity for training provided.

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:
A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.
Two or more years of experience or equivalent in commercial project management required.
Six or more years of equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent) in the construction industry is required. Work experience in the design-build industry is desired.
Computer literacy y (Microsoft Office - esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Oracle, BIM, Revit/Autodesk) is preferred.
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications are required. Training can be provided. STS certification preferred.
LEED GA credential or AP/AP+ is desirable.
