As a Market Execution Senior Manager for Stills Category, you will be responsible to ensure business results and alignment with the Stills Operations and Bottler, to lead the growth agenda of the Bottler operations aligned with central strategies.

Guatemala is the one of the biggest white space for Stills Category in Central America and has a huge impact within Stills Center Region. In this position, you will Capturing market share in Stills in this market is key for the development of the NARTD business in Guatemala.

LOCATION : This role will be based in Guatemala .

What You'll Do for Us

  • Be responsible for achieving business growth in Bottler, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within multi channels and the KO System.

  • Lead the implementation of Coca-Cola Company's vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial and financial responsibilities; Lead localization of plans; monitor evolution of key indicators to achieve the Stills BP objectives (e.g. share, transaction, Operating Income, Revenues, volume); lead communication flow between Bottler and The Coca-Cola Company (KO) concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; executes strategies with bottling partners; cooperate with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.

  • In partnership with the Bottler in certain territories, lead key growth projects that respond to the industry's uncaptured opportunities with Bottler, category, marketing, and finance teams, is responsible for the execution and commercialization of them from concept to launch; establishing commercial strategy, procedures, and KPIs to ensure the continuity of the business for the next 1-3 years.

  • Identify opportunities in the end-to-end (E2E) process to address profitability issues for our markets, mainly above marginal contribution, and propose solutions that will drive efficiencies and savings to the system while maintaining market competitiveness. Work closely with productivity and finance teams to enable solutions.

  • Develop processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation. For example: design a segmentation model to leverage and develop operational capabilities to address local opportunities based on customized needs.

  • Regarding new Stills products this position has two main responsibilities: identify market insights, risks and opportunities and communicate them timely and effectively to marketing, commercial strategy and innovation functions to be considered as input for current innovation processes. Identify and calculate industry's opportunities in volume opportunity, profit, and share for innovation products presented in the Business Plan and Long Term Plans

  • Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.

  • Work closely with the franchise operations and marketing teams to ensure the proper allocation of resources and follows up during the year on the progress on DME (Market and Expenses) and discounts to maintain a profitable ratio on investment.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 5-8 years within the KO System or within the Beverages Industry. Desired Commercial and Marketing experience. Recommended Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional and On Premise channel).6+ years of hands-on experience in trade marketing, marketing and/or sales in FMCG companies.
