Job Description

HR management system

-According to HR management system to follow related process and actions based on assigned role by department manager.

-The system will include but not limit to onboarding process, learning, attendance etc.

Recruitment:

  • Take proactive action to meet recruitment requirements for direct and indirect open positions,

  • Follow up recruitment application forms provided by hiring department,

  • Publish job advertisements on recruitment websites (ex: 51job, Zhaopin.com...),

  • Corporate with Safran China to publish job advertisements on safran.cn website,

  • CV screening / Phone screening / Interview invitation / Interview arrangement for candidates of direct and indirect open positions,

  • Prepare interview summary of direct positions,

  • Responsible for new comer's entry formalities (physical examination...).

Training:

  • Responsible for new employees on-board training,

  • Follow up employee's training record,

  • Employee certificate(NDT/ Electrician/ forklift driver/welding…) record and management, as well as follow up the regular certificate audit, make sure all the tasks are comply with corporate or government regulations,

  • Coordinate and organize local training.

  • Management training related stuff, including training contract, payment.

Administration:

  • Prepare attendance related reports (ex: monthly attendance report, monthly OT report, monthly abnormal attendance report and monthly statistics of abnormal attendance, OT for each weekend, annual leave follow up and record check, presence report...), make sure the data accuracy and on time,

  • Follow up special position (X-Ray/ Inspector…) employee regular eye test arrangement and record management,

  • Update regularly new employee list.

  • Dormitory management and activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human resources or English.

  2. At least 1-3 years related working experience, with good recruitment, training organization skills.

  3. Fluent in English.

  4. Good at communication and activity organization.

  5. Good at MS office software.
