This is a job for a Senior Manager, Digital Channels position with a company located in the Gulfport, MS area. 

Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Digital Channels leads digital marketing initiatives. The job will be responsible for digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and analytics focused on driving client acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels. The role is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing execution across various platforms including but not limited to website, email, social media, search engines, and mobile applications. This job will play a key role in shaping the bank's digital presence and driving growth across all digital platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business objectives, including client acquisition, brand awareness, product promotion, and client onboarding, engagement and retention, and scaling digital prospecting. Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, IT, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Develop and implement launch strategies for emerging digital marketing technologies and monitoring systems, including leveraging content generation tools, automation, and data analytics platforms to enhance and maximize digital marketing efforts. Enhance and capitalize on the Thought Leadership strategy to increase engagement and conversation among clients and prospects. Manage the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, website, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media, email, and mobile. Manage the digital marketing budget, developing business cases and financial projections for additional resource needs. Utilize data analytics and client insights to measure and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, fintech, and banking to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding associates and enforcing policy and procedure; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 8 years of relevant experience in marketing disciplines, such as digital marketing, database marketing, CRM, marketing strategy, etc., and management. Experience in Financial Services industry or other regulated industry (e.g., Healthcare, Gaming, etc.) strongly preferred. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results. Excellent communication, analytical, client service, and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau, Domo, Cognos, MS Advanced Analytics, etc. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automati n. Experience leading teams focused on SEO, Paid Media, Social Media capabilities and Content Fly Wheel.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
