Global Change Manager (Gurgaon)
This role works as part of the Change Management team to support delivering end-to-end (change, comms & Training) change activities across a portfolio of assigned projects. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of change management and understands how to leverage critical stakeholders to implement changes across large complex global projects. This role will support deploying change management strategies across projects/programs in varying global regions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads change across several projects requiring change management strategy and plans.
Leads the development of change impact assessment, communication and training strategies and plans, including conducting background research and content development to support finance projects and initiatives.
Execute and own Change Impact Workshops to access the change and summarise accordingly.
Execute and own Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy and Plan. Experience in designing and developing training material. Sound knowledge of Articulate 360.
Experience in building change capabilities in people managers through co-designing and facilitating interventions, delivering training programmes, mentoring, and coaching, leading to an enterprise-wide embedded and sustained change mindset
Has sound knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management and can advise on a ‘good practice approach to business change.
Own the narrative that is shared with key stakeholders and the wider business
Works directly with executive-level and key project stakeholders and is responsible for briefing executive audiences where needed. Is comfortable communicating changes within an organisation to executives
Experience Required
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in leading and managing large-scale change management initiatives and projects
Requires knowledge of financial terms, concepts and accounting principles and the ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial transactions.
Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook,PowerPoint, etc.). Experience in Smartsheet is an asset
PROSCI certification is an added advantage
