Job Title: Entry-Level Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
Are you ready to kickstart your career in maintenance? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Maintenance Technicians. You’ll receive hands-on training on the day shift for a couple of weeks from 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday. This role is perfect for those eager to learn and grow in the field of maintenance, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on warehouse machinery and conveyors.
Responsibilities:
Learn the ropes: Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse machinery and conveyors.
Problem solver: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
Motor skills: Swap and replace motors as needed.
Detail-oriented: Document maintenance activities accurately.
Machine setup: Set up machines according to specifications.
Team player: Collaborate with the production team and other maintenance personnel.
Essential Skills:
Mechanical aptitude: A natural talent for understanding how things work.
Eager to learn: Willingness to learn and grow in the field of maintenance.
Problem-solving skills: Basic experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
Hands-on experience: Comfortable with hands-on work and learning new skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Conveyor experience: Any experience working with conveyors is a plus.
Documentation: Comfortable with documenting activities in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
Small team setting: Ability to work effectively in a smaller team setting.
