This position is part of the Repair Centre, Customer Care and will be located in Gurugram.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Repair and calibrate all Cepheid products to e stablish high quality and efficiency within the India Repair Centre
Drive and maintain 5S in individual repair and common area to ensure safe and clean environment and complete documentation for each repair to ensure documentation quality
Participate and complete in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs and m aintain and enhance the Repair Centre workflow by following steps of the processes, in accordance with company guidelines while e fficiently managing individual spare inventory with accuracy u sing SAP
The essential requirements of the job include:
Diploma/Degree in engineering (Preferably Biomedical, Electronics)
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in technical services role
Experience in a quality regulated Manufacturing/Repair Centre environment
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Inventory management in any ERP software or in Excel
