Google Account Manager, Small Business Services Scaled in Gurugram, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1 year of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and customizing experience to a customer base.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail.

  • Interest in working toward strategic goals.

  • Work towards assigned strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering customer sales experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.

  • Implement ways to improve the agency and customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.

  • Communicate with customers/agencies through phone, email, or direct contact.

  • Provide strategic advice and help advertisers get the best ROI on their advertising investment by working with them in a consultative role.
