Oracle Senior Consultant - UIM and OSM in GURUGRAM, India

Job Description

4-8 years of industry experience working on UIM / OSM / NI with good domain knowledge on OSS.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong Java, XSLT/XQUERY skills. Strong understanding of OSM,UIM, working experience working on UIM Cartridge development, experience in OSM modelling, UIM Modelling, writing REST API/Webserivce API is must .

  • Exposure of Customer implementations for OSM/UIM/ implementations

  • Domain Knowledge of telco industry mobility solution for RAN, PS-Core, CS-Core, etc

  • Exposure to one of the configuration and release management tool like SVN, GIT, CVS etc.

  • Exposure to any of defect tracking tool like Jira, Redmine etc.

  • Should be able to support pre-sales activities and run customer demos.

  • Desirable Functional/Technical Skills:

  • Should have customer-facing skills and should be able to drive workshops with the customer using Oracle tools, technologies, products, and methodologies.

  • Should have experience working on waterfall or Agile/Scrum or iterative model projects and should be flexible to work on DevOps environment.

  • Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

  • Willingness to Travel

  • Exposure working with cloud tools, technologies and framework

Responsibilities

  1. Take end to end ownership of the UIM solution delivery for RAN/PS-Core/CS-Core domain

  2. End to End Ownership of OSM Process delivery for RAN/Transmission Domain.

  3. Close collaboration with end customer to meet project deliverables.

  4. Lead product engineering meetings to resolve the product issues and discuss the solution roadmap alignment with product management

  5. Participate in the RFP/RFI process and should be able to independently derive efforts estimation

  6. Participate in discussion for new solution finalization
