If you are a Software Engineer who takes pride in what you deliver and passionate about building highly scalable applications, we have a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a Software Engineer who can help us build a new application or modernize existing applications. You will serve as an individual contributor and help us to meet requirements with clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technology leadership to a solid engineering team
Design and implement micro-services, implement telemetry solutions, and build CI/CD pipelines
Come up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing products
Grab functionalities quickly and apply technical skills to excel
Present and evaluate design solutions objectively
Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production readiness for new releases
Monitor application health and performance as part of DevSecOps
Create innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business and to improve the overall health and reliability of the applications
Define coding standards and best practices
Coach and mentor other developers in the team

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering
7+ years of solid experience with Java, J2EE, Spring and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA. 3+ years of experience designing and implementing RESTful services
3+ years of experience in building microservices using Spring Boot
2+ years of experience development/ maintaining CI/CD pipelines
2+ years of experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
2+ years of Agile delivery experience
2+ years of cloud experience preferrable Azure
1+ years of experience developing applications in ReactJS including component design and state management for specific use cases
Hands-on implementation experience, should be able to design, implement key product/application features, be an active part of an Agile Scrum team
Good understanding and experience in Performance tuning and engineering
Good technical skills to understand complex designs, implement big and complex systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry experience
Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience in Kafka or other event streaming technologies
Experience in Docker, Azure, Jenkins, Grafana, Splunk
Experience working in a DevOps model
Exposure or experience in working on Camunda platform
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
Proven solid communication and problem solving skills
