Google Strategic Partnerships Manager, Online Partnership Group in Gurugram, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in client-facing roles in sales, consulting, digital advertising, e-commerce, or publishing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing partnership agreements and business relationships.

  • Ability to grasp complex technical products such as AdSense and Google Ad Manager.

  • Ability to work in a fluid entrepreneurial environment and self-directed, motivated, and driven performer.

  • Ability to analyse complex business metrics and infer their impact on business growth.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent investigative and data-driven skills.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

  • Analyze market trends, and develop strategy and account plans for partners. Manage relationships with app partners to drive business growth.

  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business issues, understand the client’s issues/opportunities for growth.

  • Assist with partners business goals by proposing optimal and creative solutions. Cross-promote new products or features that will have a positive impact on partner relationships.

  • Initiate ecosystem collaboration with cross-functional teams like Buyside, Google Play, Google Cloud etc. to support the publisher community.

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including the leadership team and a broad spectrum of other functions, such as Product, Engineering, Finance and Marketing to drive impactful projects.
