Develop construction project proposals and prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor. Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess potential project impact. During construction phase manage schedules, quality, budget and ensure safety. Inspect work performed to ensure its compliance with plans and design specifications. Maintain schedule, update budget estimates, track budget spending on monthly basis, and record project performance. Resource planning using Oracle EBS ERP software. Approve pay applications based on work completed and provide up-to-date project financials to clients. Skills required: Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 2D, Staad Pro, Procore Project Management, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, and Oracle EBS. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Arts, Engineering (any), or related, or foreign equivalent with 6 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
