Fiserv Boarding Technology Manager in Hagerstown, Maryland

What does a great Boarding Technology Manager do?

You will be part of Fiserv’s dedication to delivering modern, competitive, boarding experiences that anticipate the needs and surpass the expectations of customers. You will be responsible for utilizing client feedback to identify both process and tool enhancements. You will lead discussions and support several SMS partners. It will be crucial to build strong relationships with various internal departments. You will also work directly with external partners to review product related updates.

As a Boarding Technology Manager, you can look forward to:

  • Driving the process to communicate to key partner stakeholders current roadmap, issues, and upcoming changes in experiences.

  • Being accountable for the successful end-to-end commercialization new product changes within our partners current framework.

  • Being responsible for answering tool related questions, analyze adoption/usage and drive discussions around enhancements.

  • Analyzing various client data input, determine key themes and possible courses of action

  • Knowing the client by talking with client facing employees and conducting research

  • Understanding how tools improve or negatively impact the client experience

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years leading product management and/or product marketing effort

  • Experience communicating with senior leaders, external clients and partners

  • Experience with cross-functional leadership skills with partnership across functional teams

  • High school graduate/GED

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Demonstrated passion and experience leading change and encouraging teams to deliver a coordinated and high-quality client experience

  • Understanding of payments

  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA
