REPORTS TO:Branch Manager

We are looking for a Floating Personal Banker for our Virginia Avenue location. This individual will be stationed at our Virginia Avenue location and will float to other Washington County branches when needed. This individual will perform various customer service transactions, such as opening accounts and assisting customers with queries concerning financial institution services.

• Ability to offer customized solutions to internal and external customers

• Responsible for referring services to the appropriate financial institution specialists

• Engage customers in a variety of ways to bank with us and provide solutions to meet their needs
• Maintain customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Educate customers and explain the features and benefits of our products and services

What You'll Do:

• Open new accounts, explain available financial institution products and services, and gather customer information to process new and existing accounts
• Participate in sales, service, and product training
• Receive deposits and ensure that all accounts are properly processed
• Carry out the financial institution's relationship-building strategies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in counting currency and coin
• Excellent sales, interpersonal, and communication skills
