The Sr Administrative Assistant - Product Safety performs advanced and complex administrative and technical duties for a departmental management team. This position provides departmental administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling requests for information, receiving visitors, preparing travel schedules, arranging calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining of department processes and procedures.
YOUR IMPACT

Maintain department processes and procedures, including revision control, records retention, and file maintenance.
Manage and coordinate the schedules and appointments of the team leaders.
Manage direct field customer communications, including phone calls, messages, emails and mailings.
Coordinate travel domestically and internationally, which includes assisting with passports and visas.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including on-site and off-site, conferences, presentations, and celebrations.
Research and compile data for projects as needed.
Compile and prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring due dates are met.
Complete and submit expense reports for team leaders.
Handle all miscellaneous administrative duties, which includes maintenance of electronic files, distribution of mail and communications, ordering supplies, processing invoices, maintaining files, etc.
Ability to manage confidential data.
Ability to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually.
Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and self-directed. Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED.
Five (5) or more years of administrative support or office management experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
Proficient with the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Technical and mechanical aptitude
Notary license (MD or PA).
Previous work experience serving engineering functions.
Previous work experience in heavy equipment manufacturing.
Continuous Improvement training or Six Sigma training

Pay Range:
$50,400.00 - $77,200.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
