Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Manager - Defender for Cloud - Data & AI Security in Haifa, Israel

Microsoft Defender for Cloud is a cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP) for protecting multi-cloud workloads, including cloud security posture management (CSPM) that finds weak spots across cloud configuration, helps strengthen the overall security posture and identify risk, and cloud workload protection (CWP) which identifies real-time attacks and helps the SOC respond and mitigate.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer and market signals to identify customers’ unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of multiple feature areas. Evaluate tradeoffs andprioritize investments in consultation with cross-functional partners.

  • Own end-to-end product areawithin Microsoft Defender for Cloud, which includes defining features, building visionand strategy and owning product backlog. Work with softwareengineering and design teams to drive execution for successful results.

  • Work closely with the marketing, business planning, and customer success teams to define the business model, disclose the product roadmap, and manage outbound communications

  • Work closely and build trust with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.

  • Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics. Be data driven with ongoing analysis of usage datato increase service adoption.

  • Help build the team, guide, and mentor other team members.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the security domain.

  • Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic!

  • Great listener with deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English

  • Proven track-record delivering software products/services to market.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills  

  • Advantage: Strong dataand cloudsecuritytechnical background

  • Advantage: Knowledge in architecture and design of scalable services - Advantage

  • Advantage: BA/BS degree in Computer Science (or related technical equivalent) and MBA
