Description We are offering an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Haltom City, Texas. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to ensure customer inquiries are handled professionally and expeditiously, maintaining our high customer service standards. This role will involve managing multiple customer accounts, troubleshooting problems, and developing creative solutions to customer issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Use support processes and methodologies to handle customer inquiries

• Assess customer needs and provide timely resolutions

• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction

• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Develop innovative solutions to customer problems

• Uphold customer service principles and practices

• Provide feedback on customer service issues to the team

• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

• Take initiative and ownership of customer issues, managing multiple customer requests simultaneously. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction

• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in Data Entry with high level of accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Ability to provide effective Training and ensuring Compliance with company policies

• Knowledge in Materials Handling and Workstation Support

• Experience in Troubleshoot and resolving customer issues

• Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service

• Understanding of Practices and Principles related to customer service

• Knowledge of Financial Notes is a plus

• Experience in handling Purchase Orders, Shipping, and dealing with Suppliers

• Strong Time Management skills

• Understanding of Specification, Customer Account management, Methodology, and Agreement

• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive work environment.
