UC Health is hiring a Director of Nursing Emergency Services at West Chester Hospital. The Nursing Director coordinates all aspects of Emergency Services in conjunction with the Chair of Emergency Medicine/or medical directors for each facility in order to maximize all components of the UC Health System. The Director of Nursing Emergency Services uses advanced education, administrative and clinical knowledge, and skills to find innovative methods to enhance and improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the UC Health Emergency Services. This position is also responsible for achieving a level of shared operational management between physicians and hospital departments by bringing together resources necessary to positively impact the delivery and continuum of patient care. • Master's Degree in Nursing
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
• BLS
• Certification in specialty area is strongly preferred
• 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience

Prepares and manages the Emergency Services budget in conjunction with institutional business managers.
