Schneider Electric's Global Supply Chain team has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the role of Manufacturing Engineer Intern in our Fairfield, OH location, for the Spring Semester. This will be a part-time position ranging from January through May of 2025. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role. • Research, design, and implement manufacturing equipment (fixtures, tools, machines)
• Product/component simplification and standardization which included analysis of existing components, research on alternatives and design of new component layouts
• Investigate, evaluate, document, and optimize existing manufacturing processes

• Possess leadership qualities and the ability to facilitate conflicts.

• Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills (English language)
