Your responsibilities Summary: The QMS Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System within the organization. This role involves managing quality documentation, conducting internal audits, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives. The QMS Analyst works closely with various departments to ensure that quality processes are followed and effectively integrated into daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Quality Documentation Management: Maintain and control quality management system documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records. Ensure that all documents are current, properly formatted, and accessible to relevant personnel. Assist in the development and review of new quality documents. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other relevant automotive standards and regulations. Monitor and implement changes to standards and regulations as needed. Prepare and update documentation to reflect compliance requirements. Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to QMS procedures and standards. Document audit findings and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions. Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness. Support External Audits: Assist in preparing for external audits conducted by certification bodies, customers, and regulatory agencies. Provide necessary documentation and support during external audits.. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and systems. Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, 5S, and Lean principles. Support cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements. Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on QMS procedures and best practices. Act as a resource for quality-related inquiries and issues. Assist in the development and delivery of quality training programs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present quality performance reports to management. Use statistical tools to support quality improvement projects. Ensures compliance and safety of all activities within the organization's standards and policies. Performs other related duties as assigned. Your profile Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance within the automotive industry. Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other automotive quality standards. Experience with quality management software and tools. Training as a certified 1st/2nd party ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 auditor is an advantage Strong knowledge of customer requirements (e.g. Stellantis, Tesla, Ford, etc.) Commitment, initiative and independent way of working Strong Business Process organization and structure knowledge Competence in key
