Stryker Associate Service Parts Planning Analyst (Hybrid) in Hamilton, Ontario

What you will do
Maintain appropriate minimum order quantities and safety stock levels for service parts in the Distribution Centre and storage lockers/vans.
Manage the service parts lifecycle, including phase-out assessments and disposition investigations.
Create and maintain accurate service part forecasts, analyzing historical data, market trends, product lifecycle, and other key factors.
Serve as the primary planning contact for business partners, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
Support the inventory planning team with process improvements, reporting, documentation, and product lifecycle management.
Collaborate with Service, ProCare, and Contracts teams to ensure adequate stock and forecasts for customer service needs.
Develop KPI reporting to analyze and optimize demo and loaner inventory performance.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, or a related field
Proficient in Excel
Preferred:
Experience in supply chain analysis, inventory, finance, or related area
Working knowledge of Power BI
