Job Types: Part-time, permanent, flexible schedule

Experience:

• Line Cook: 2-3 years (preferred)

Education:

• Safe Food Handlers Certificate an asset

• Culinary trade papers or Red Seal considered an asset

PREP/LINE COOK REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards

• Well-developed knife skills and different food preparation techniques 

• Ensure food quality established by Carmens Group

• Learn details of various menu offerings

• Clean and wash dishes, kitchen tools, food preparation equipment and utensils

• Positive, outgoing, and friendly team player

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation an asset

• Other duties as required
