Description
If you're an experienced Office Manager who has worked within the dentistry field, there's a terrific opportunity through Robert Half for you to consider. We've partnered with a growing organization to find an Office Manager who is skilled in research and analysis, and who keenly understands the revenue cycle process. Located in the Hampton, Virginia region, this Office Manager opportunity would be on a contract to hire basis.
Responsibilities
Establish and resolve the core cause of the denial
Prepare for resubmission corrected bills for reimbursement
Study and investigate denial-of-payment bills received from the payer
Thoroughly research denials using all provided tools and take action to resubmit bills for reimbursement
Requirements - Comprehensive knowledge of medical claims
Microsoft Office experience
Eaglesoft experience preferred
Customer service experience
Previous denials management experience is valued
Minimum of at least 3+ years of experience within the revenue cycle
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance regulations and policies, payment policies/guidelines and the ability to communicate and work with payers to get claims resolved and paid accurately
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Strong understanding of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
