Northwest Farm Credit Services Loan Specialist I/II in Hanford, California

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of a Loan Specialist I or Loan Specialist II to join our California Lending and Insurance team in Hanford, California. This full-time position reports to the SVP, Portfolio Manager and is accountable for in-office credit-related processing, loan file management, accounting and customer account maintenance. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position is: Level I $42,000 - $61,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary Level II $46,000 - $69,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary Job Requirements Support lending staff in the management of customer relationships by processing transactions, resolving account customer issues, and providing administrative support. Support lenders and customers in their credit requests by completing loan packages, maintaining accurate loan file documentation, preparing reports and ordering loan and lease documents. Provide support to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience. Manage information flow among loan officers, credit analysts, documentation staff, accounting staff, appraisal teams, title companies, and customers. Complete accurate and compliant work, with attention to numbers, calculations, details, and deadlines. Must maintain a notary public license. Other duties as assigned.
