Amazon Sr Existing Seller Account Manager, CN Global Selling in Hangzhou, China

Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven team lead, with Account management experience to drive China-based Japan Sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon EU/JP marketplaces. The Account Manager will partner with CN2EU/CN2JP Sellers, marketing team to grow Sellers' business on Amazon EU/JP including identifying opportunities, monitoring Seller's healthy growth, performance, lead team to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Lead team to work with sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit and delight our WW end consumers.

  • Keep fine-tuning working process, improving team productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying.

  • Hire and develop a talent team.

  • Become a thought leader in defining success criteria along with understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.

  • Contribute to Amazon feature/program roadmap planning and business strategy design.

  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.

We are a pioneer team to explore success recipe to accelerate EU/JP strategic sellers tier up.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Fluent in verbal and written English

  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

  • 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights

  • SQL

  • Native English
