As part of theLearning Consulting Team, you willbe involved in supporting ourlearning strategy initiatives including but not limiteddesigningengaginglearning curriculumsfor oursales and deliveryteams.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

  • Partner with theProgram Managertoensure training programs support businessdrivers, objectives,andmotivators that arealigned to the mission, values, and goals of our organization.

  • Ability to work cross-collaboratively within professional developmentteams, SMEs, andbusiness partners to build relationships and solutions.

  • Serve as a credible and trusted advisor to leadersand peers on effective andinnovative learningstrategies to achieve business goals.

  • Organize, prioritize, coordinate,and implement multiple projects within established timelines.

  • Accountable for managing all aspects of assigned projects.Regularlycommunicate with theProgram Managerand stakeholdersto:define and review deliverables,provide updates on project status,manage changes in scope, and escalate challenges.

  • Produce high-qualitydeliverablesinafastpaced,deadline-orientedenvironment.

  • Solicit, accept, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 2to4yearsin Learning Experience Design,Training and Development, Organizational Development,or related field working with team and leadership dynamics.

  • BA Degree in Instructional Design,Organizational Development, or related discipline.

  • Preferred experiencedesigning sales training for corporate organization, but not required.

Skills:

  • Confidentand self-motivated

  • ExcellentProject Managementskills andable to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

  • Solutions oriented

  • Very collaborative, prefers to work in a teamenvironment

  • Excellentwritten, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
