Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistJob Description
The HR Generalist will perform Human Resource related duties at the professional level and carry out responsibilities in various HR functions such as employee/labor relations, staffing and recruitment, affirmative action, and daily employee relations across shifts. Key responsibilities include conducting workplace investigations, providing problem resolution guidance, maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality, managing semi-monthly payroll, and actively participating in plant-wide initiatives. The role also involves full-cycle recruiting, leading HR programs, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
The position is based in a food manufacturing facility, primarily in the office area but requires occasional floor visits. Safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes are mandatory for floor visits.
