Job Title: Electrical Design EngineerJob Description
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks ranging from system drafting to electrical engineering support, with the primary responsibility of designing skids in AutoCAD Electrical based on sold jobs. Your role will involve working closely with the applications and sales team to develop engineering solutions, ensuring system accuracy by comparing electrical line/GA drawings with P&ID drawings against the system quote. Additionally, you will provide power drop and load calculations, ensure UL508A design compliance, and support the panel shop supervisor in completing as-built drawings and revisions. Your expertise will also extend to providing field electrical support and being involved in electrical inspection and testing.
