[[The Exterior Surfaces Assistant is responsible for assisting the Exterior Surfaces Sales team with a variety of tasks. This includes administrative/clerical duties, customer service, logistics and inventory. • Greet customers and take customer calls at Exterior Surfaces front counter
• Daily flow of exterior surfaces product coming into and going out of the warehouse.
• Shipping and receiving product, setting up deliveries
• Inventory management
• Organization and maintenance of product storage.
• Assis with purchase orders, sales orders, estimates and invoices in QuickBooks
• Assist Exterior Sales Associate(s) and Exterior Sales Manager with administrative and marketing needs
• Assist in maintaining samples, sample boards, installed samples, marketing materials and displays
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service skills required
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience/knowledge of exterior tile, stone, paver, and brick a plus
• Computer knowledge including the use of Excel is helpful, QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment with phone calls, walk-in customers, and other tasks
• Self-motivated with good initiative and willingness to help out where needed
