Overview

The AVP of Advanced Illness Management (AIM) is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of operational policies and procedures, delivering high quality patient care and family services programs in a cost-effective manner and to represent the company in the community.

About You

  • NP or RN highly preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business related field may be considered.

  • Unencumbered and active NP license and RN license in state of residence required, if RN or NP

  • 5 years previous managerial experience, of which 3 years in healthcare service industry is preferred.

  • Experience with ACO or value- based care delivery is preferred

  • Travel: approximately 75-80%
