DESCRIPTION OF WORK Your role is deemed operationally essential. In this capacity, you will deliver prompt and high-quality customer service to various stakeholders, including driver license centers, Clerk of Courts, district justices, state and federal enforcement agencies, the general public, and other areas within the Department of Transportation (DOT). Your responsibilities will involve addressing discrepancies and concerns related to driver licenses, including those from foreign jurisdictions.

You will be tasked with analyzing complex situations by examining records and utilizing your understanding of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, Crimes Code, and the Dangerous Drug Act to reach resolutions and rectify issues in customer driver license records. Furthermore, collaboration with all DOT divisions, including the Risk Management Office, will be essential in identifying potential fraud cases, victims of identity theft, and any inconsistencies, with the aim of forwarding relevant documentation to the Discrepancy Unit for further investigation.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
