DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for general cleaning tasks, including the maintenance of locker rooms and restrooms, as well as both dry and wet mopping of floors. You will also carry out building maintenance duties such as collecting trash, dusting surfaces, sweeping, washing, and waxing floors, vacuuming, and cleaning windows. Additionally, you will operate small hand tools or riding mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and hedge trimmers. Your responsibilities will extend to weeding, maintaining planting beds, and caring for trees and shrubs. You will also be tasked with clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways, raking leaves, and addressing minor storm damage as necessary. It is essential to select the appropriate tools and equipment for each task, use them correctly, maintain them after use, and ensure that all materials and workmanship meet established standards.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
