DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Lead to join our Toll By Plate Department in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary: The Customer Service Lead position will provide assistance with various revenue collection efforts within the Toll By Plate Department in our Customer Service Center. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday, as scheduled between 7:30a and 6:00p.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:  * Compile data for revenue collection efforts  * Research individuals/companies with multiple accounts that aggregately have a significant outstanding balance  * Assist the Financial Analysts with compliance and fraudulent account maintenance tasks  * Work with the Toll Enforcement Supervisors and Staff as needed, including processing appeals, performing image review, handling inbound telephone calls, and administering payment plans.

Required Skills and Experience:  * Strong communication skills  * Research ability  * Excellent attention to detail  * Regular attendance  * Proficiency with Excel and Word software

Desired Skills:  * Ability to manage multiple priorities and easily adapt to change  * Look for ways to improve effectiveness by implementing new ideas and more efficient approaches  * Work on projects as an individual or part of a team  * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education:  * High school diploma or equivalent required
