Manager, Strategic Sourcing - What this job involves Regional execution of annual sourcing plans across Integrated Facilities, Property Management clients, and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Work closely with consultancy team responsible for sourcing plan execution in US while serving as the change leader, work to remove barriers and obstacles, ensure timely execution of sourcing plans and reporting of savings that meet or exceed Net PGOI (pre-global operating income) numbers. An ability to influence category management teams, sourcing teams, account teams, properties as well as suppliers, to ensure enrollment in sourcing initiatives.
Gather spend analysis and demand information from clients and properties in the development of sourcing strategies Draft pricing and RFP templates using best practices gathered from clients and properties Experience managing RFP events through eRFX platforms such as Bravo Solutions Prepare should cost models and prepare baseline and benchmark data Perform market trend analysis in the specific categories; analysing supplier base, industry changes, etc. Report analysis to Supply Chain leadership and business stakeholders in a client ready form. Communicate with UK, Australia and India sourcing teams to ensure alignment Coordinate with the SCMP Platform Fee team to ensure consistent communication with suppliers and stakeholders Leverage subject matter experts, and feedback gathered from supplier performance and relationship management meetings. Attend weekly / monthly steering calls to drive accountability and cross-region communication. Prepare presentations, analyses, and recommendations that will be used in steering calls and management information reporting at all levels, including Global Executive Board and CS Transformation Workstream TMO. Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Experience working in complex multi-client / business unit environments with differing priorities and expected outcomes Ensure compliance to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.
