DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position is responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals responsible for all store promotional materials, signage, and the execution of all marketing campaigns for Fine Wine & Good Spirits. Work includes independently developing new strategies for product merchandising in Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores, implementing merchandising tests, and evaluating the sales results to determine success. This position collaborates closely with marketing colleagues and employees within other business areas to develop material and ensure brand standards are followed across the organization.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Travel will be required, as needed. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. You will be required to report in-office once every two to three weeks and as operational needs dictate. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a PLCB Marketing Analyst 2; or Three years of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
