WHTM-TV / abc27 Senior Creative Services Producer in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
WHTM abc27 is seeking a dynamic and skilled Creative Services Producer to join our promotions team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong ability to write, shoot, and edit video content of various lengths. This position will primarily focus on longer-form, client-driven production, with occasional night and weekend work as needed. The Creative Services Producer will work closely with our Sales Team and clients, as well as the Promotions department, to develop and execute compelling video projects.
Essential Duties:
Write, shoot, and edit video content of various lengths as assigned.
Collaborate with the promotions team to develop creative concepts and execute compelling video projects.
Ensure all video content aligns with the station's brand and client needs.
Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all productions.
Work closely with the Sales Team and clients to understand and fulfill their video production needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Occasionally work nights and weekends based on project requirements.
Requirements:
College degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, with a focus on writing, shooting, and editing.
Prior experience in a news environment is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Knowledge of ENPS is preferred but not required.
Experience as a News Photographer/Editor is a plus.
Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition.
Experience shooting with DSLR cameras.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
