The Solution Design Client Director functions as a Client-facing, results-driven, and innovative leader. This individual will help payers identify end-to-end solutions to modernize their Payment Integrity operations through Lyric42. This role will collaborate closely with product owners, technology teams, sales, and client

stakeholders to ensure that our products solve the right problems and convert

prospective clients into customers and users of Lyric and platform partner solutions. Successful candidates will be curious, have Payment Integrity domain experience and have a passion for solving Client challenges and innovating on their behalf. Candidates must also have excellent technical skills and a desire to play a part in the rapidly evolving role of AI in healthcare.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

· Present our Lyric42 strategy to our customers/prospects

· Work closely with the Go to Market Team to support the development of sales

opportunities for across the payment integrity market

· Work with internal teams to develop customer specific sales strategy

· Provide industry and solution expertise to our customers in support of our

offerings

· Create/Adapt presentation material to support customer specific engagements

· Conduct Savings and Total Cost of Ownership Analysis across Lyric42

Opportunities

· Develop solution roadmaps based on product releases, customer timelines and

solution opportunity

· Serve as a solution and industry SME

· Provide customer/solution feedback to internal stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 10 + years of experience in client facing solution design or consulting role

  • 5 + years of experience defining and scoping Payment Integrity Solution and Services offerings for large enterprise healthcare customers

  • 5 + years experience in translating technical concepts into comprehensive client facing documents such as responses to client RFPs, sales proposals, installation specifications, and client presentations

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in analyzing complex operations and subsequently building representative models to make an informed recommendation.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and the teams working to implement solutions that meet client objectives.

  • Understand and apply the use of operational and financial metrics to drive business decisions.

  • Working knowledge of clinical and content rules development.

  • Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of management as well as a diverse technical team.

*The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$171,992.68 - $257,989.02
