The Technical Solution Design Director functions as a client-facing, results-driven, and innovative leader. This individual will help payers identify end-to-end solutions to modernize their payment integrity operations through Lyric42. This role will collaborate closely with product owners, technology teams, sales, and client stakeholders to ensure that our products solve the right problems and convert prospective clients into customers and users of Lyric and platform partner solutions.

This includes expertise around cloud hosting, systems integrations and security capability required to support large data sets and transactions for large enterprise customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

  • Partner with Go to Market and Solution Design resources to support the development of sales opportunities

  • Manage all pre-sale technical scoping and solution, architecture design including identifying various viable options, timelines, cost estimates, dependencies and the ability to explain benefits and trade-offs to client stakeholders

  • Articulate to potential customers Lyric42 architecture, solutions and security features

  • Work with internal teams to develop customer specific sales strategy

  • Provide industry and solution expertise to our customers in support of our offerings

  • Create and adapt presentation material to support customer specific engagements

  • Conduct Savings and Total Cost of Ownership Analysis

  • Develop solution roadmaps based on product releases, customer timelines and solution opportunity

  • Serve as a solution and industry SME

  • Provide customer/solution feedback to internal stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in client facing solution design or consulting roles focused on enterprise commercial software pre-sales activities

  • 5+ years of technical implementation experience

  • 5+ years in a technical role interfacing between business stakeholders and technology implementation teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 + years experience in translating technical concepts into comprehensive client facing documents such as responses to client RFPs, sales proposals, installation specifications, and client presentations

  • 5 + years experience payment accuracy/integrity with working knowledge of clinical and content rules development

  • Experience in analyzing complex operations and subsequently building representative models to make an informed recommendation

  • Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between business objectives and the teams working to implement solutions that meet client objectives

  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with all levels of management as well as a diverse technical team

  • Experience in systems implementation, especially implementing a claims adjudication system, care management solution, or data project in healthcare

*The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$171,992.68 - $257,989.02
