ComSonics, Inc, in Harrisonburg, VA, is currently seeking a 1st Shift Electronics Technical Support Technician. This position provides support of Repair Services through maintenance of the Technical Database, entry of model/part numbers data into the Corporate ERP system. Researches second sources for electronic components and obsolete parts. Assists purchasing staff by performing technical drawings for documentation and procurement of components from vendors for corporate repair services. Serves as Database Administrator and documentation specialist in support of the Repair Services ISO program.

Qualified candidates should possess:

• A minimum of five year's related electronics support experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Proven computer skills, including proficiency with MAC, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, AutoCad and proven database experience.
• Proven work quality which demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• 3D Printer experience.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and analyze reports, business correspondence, technical procedures, and procedure manuals
• ISO knowledge and experience is a plus
• Prefer Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school.
