We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated sales professional who will be responsible for continuing to drive growth of Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business across Yorkshire.

Primarily you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within defined territory geography.

You will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by building and maintaining strong business relationships with key surgeons and HCP’s.

You will need to be capable of managing a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations and implement cross divisional strategy to capture new business growth.

This is a significant & fast-growing territory, there is huge potential across the territory both within the NHS and the private sector.

Ideally, you will live in a location situated on or close to this territory.

What you need

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept in building strong relationships

  • Successful sales experience with a demonstrable track record of success

  • Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology

  • Experience in team working must be demonstrated

  • Workshop/demonstration skills/training skills

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Experience in orthopaedic sales would be helpful but not essential

  • A full, valid UK drivers license
