Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator I in the healthcare industry, located in Hartford, Connecticut. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch patient service, managing financial notes, and coordinating administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating patient services, ensuring a smooth and effective service delivery process.

• Processing and maintaining patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Handling patient inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.

• Managing financial notes associated with patient services.

• Monitoring and updating patient accounts as necessary.

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the healthcare center.

• Implementing and maintaining administrative systems to support patient services.

• Liaising with local candidates and stakeholders as necessary.

• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Contributing to team efforts and organizational goals. Requirements • Possess strong knowledge and experience in Financial Notes

• Have a background in Patient Services

• Local Candidates are encouraged to apply

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Must have a high level of customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

• Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role

• Must be detail-oriented and able to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy.
