Senior Business Analyst – HCO, Compliance Operations (IC3)

Location: United States

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst on the HCO, Compliance Operations you will work directly with the Senior Director – HCO, Compliance Operations and compliance teams as well as our internal business groups to help address regulatory compliance issues that are essential to Oracle customers of all sizes globally with a focus on the healthcare industries. The team works to build new and creative approaches to problem solving and facilitating contracting for and use of Oracle’s products and services by such customers. We advise and collaborate with Oracle business leaders and external specialists on sophisticated, industry leading legal and regulatory compliance matters.

Tasks Include:

Assist and support the development of a data reporting strategy that encourages transparency and accuracy of all compliance-related needs for HCO.

Advocate and manage logical data structures for the business that support rapidly evolving business needs

Manage a process to intake reporting and analytics requests, and ensure that deliverables are accurate, timely and relevant.

Assist with maintaining data inventory and tracking agreements and requirements for healthcare data related networks and partnerships.

Support the onboarding, training and group activities of the team.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams including internal development, cloud operations, compliance, security, business practices, marketing and sales teams to help progress the regulatory program goals and initiatives.

Support pivotal initiatives to help improve Oracle’s business and to enable the fast and efficient completion of commercial transactions in a manner that is viewed positively by our customers and partners.

Assist with team updates and preparation of presentation and training materials.

Drive knowledge management and sharing activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS degree and 4 years of experience working at Oracle.

Excellent skills with Email, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Oracle systems.

Advanced knowledge of data reporting systems and techniques including systems such as Tableau and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

Thoughtful attention to data structures that facilitate management of data and reporting needs.

Possess a professional demeanor, confident and innovative.

Excellent writing, analysis, verbal communication skills and read, write, and speak the following languages: English.

Organized, detail oriented, and strong time management skills.

Problem solver (not just an issue spotter) with creative and innovative approach along with strong decision-making abilities.

Outstanding project management and communication skills.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced and continually evolving business environment.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
