CNC Machinist - Description:
Openings/Hours:
1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) or 4x10s
2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) or 4x10s
3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am)or 4x10s
Flexible start times: Can start early/leave early or can do (4x10hr shifts)
Extra Information:
Stability: haven't done a layoff even throughout the pandemic. Have contracts secured until 2026, and are selling into 2027!
Placement: Direct Hire, no contracts!

Job Description:
Set up and operate large or small turning & milling centers on custom components for a variety of customers. Edit G&M codes at the controller and are essentially your own programmer. There is a large & smaller part side of the shop, but most parts are around 20".
Able to perform shop math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and geometric, algebraic, and trigonometric calculations.
Must be able to perform metric conversions.
Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings.
G&M code experience. Experience on conversational controls is a plus.
Calculate feeds and speeds.
Strong understanding of geometric tolerancing.
Proficient in CNC operations and blueprint reading.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00
