The American Express Digital Documents Servicing (DDS) Team is a key function within Colleague Services that is responsible for the delivery, management and oversight of American Express’ digital document solutions within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG). American Express backs our colleagues, so that in turn our colleagues can most effectively back our cardholders.
How will you make an impact in this role?
This position will report to the Manager, Digital Documents Servicing and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various aspects of our digital solutions and electronic file programs. This role will partner with external Vendors, Colleague Experience Group (CEG), and Business Leaders to ensure the delivery of our digital solutions is effective and aligned with American Express’ standards and regulations. The ideal candidate must be positive and a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as both an individual contributor and as a valued team member.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of compliant and cost-effective solutions
Design, creation and implementation of digital servicing intake process
DocuSign and Adobe eSignature solution support to include all aspects from consultancy to implementation
Provide digital document solutions guidance and support to Colleague Experience Group teams across the different business units
Process improvement, solution design and project coordination across multiple stakeholders and Business Units
Define and support internal development, system integration testing and user acceptance testing in collaboration with technology partners
Support compliance activities including third-party governance, risk assessments, and internal audits
Mass Change administration including file processing and colleague support
Minimum Qualifications
Technical experience with electronic signature applications (DocuSign, Adobe)
Proven track record to collaborate, impact and influence others at all levels in the organization and maintain effective relationships with external partners
Ability to adapt quickly to a continually evolving landscape, prioritize initiatives based on importance and requirements, and informally lead others
Shown analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with extensive experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR solutions, preferably within a multinational organization
Strong comprehension of American Express’ HR systems and data integrations
Comprehension of Oracle HCM products
Product management experience supporting digital services
