Job Overview
The Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit is currently seeking an experienced Finance Analyst for its Hastings Plant – UK. The candidate must be an exceptional Business Partner to the plant manager and team. This position is responsible for pulling together plant financials, analyzing and bridging between details at the entity level and up-leveling results for global management. The role reports directly to the Plant Controller.
What your background should look like:
Master’s in finance, Accounting or Economics (CIMA, ACCA would be preferred)
7 to 10 years of Finance experience in a manufacturing environment
Accomplished knowledge in standard costing, variance analysis, cost accounting, cost analysis and reporting matters.
Strong background in Financial Analysis and Forecasting Modelling.
Prior finance experience in general accounting principles and process.
Proficient in understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and other Supply Chain matters
Proficient in Excel
Familiarity with SAP and BI tools.
