About the Unit
We offer a wide range of imaging that includes, Computerized Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), PET/CT, Mammography, and Ultrasound. We are a fundamental part of the care team -- we use the latest imaging technology to help with the diagnosis and treatment of our patients.

Scope of Work
Operates nuclear detection and imaging equipment and prepares radiopharmaceuticals for routine nuclear radiologic studies, with the aid of the senior or lead technologist as needed, to produce images for the interpretation by, and at the request of, a licensed practitioner. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. Completes work in an independent, professional manner with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
Required Associate's Degree Nuclear Medicine Technology
Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nuclear Medicine Technology
skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through less than 2 years of related nuclear medicine experience Required
CRT- Nuc Med Technologist (N) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required Or
CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Upon Hire required
AHA or ARC – Basic Life Support CRT (BLS)
