Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the project management team
• Work closely with the estimating team to assist in bid proposals
• Handle and process paperwork related to construction projects
• Ensure proper documentation and storage of construction contracts
• Maintain a clear understanding of construction industry processes and terminology
• Ensure efficient transaction flow within the project management team
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels among internal teams
• Assist in construction estimating processes
• Ensure compliance with construction industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
• Minimum of one year of experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in bid proposal creation and management
• Demonstrated understanding of contracts within the construction industry
• Familiarity with construction estimating and related software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is preferred
• Strong understanding of safety and building codes, regulations, and inspection compliance.
