As an Electronics Component-Level Tester, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and verifying the functionality of electronic components within complex circuits. You will use advanced testing tools and techniques to ensure our electronic products meet rigorous quality and performance standards

Responsibilities
Perform detailed visual inspections of electronic components and circuits to identify physical damage, soldering issues, and component placement errors.
Utilize multimeters, LCR meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other testing equipment to measure and analyze voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, and signal integrity.
Conduct resistance, capacitance, diode, and transistor tests to assess component functionality.
Power up circuits and observe operational behavior, ensuring components and circuits meet expected performance criteria.
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults using signal tracing, component substitution, and comparison with known-good circuits.
Conduct temperature checks to detect overheating components and prevent potential failures.
Document test results, create detailed reports, and communicate findings with engineering and quality assurance teams.
